Job summary

Action is seeking an experienced Tactical Planner to optimize inventory, planning parameters, and network performance across its international supply chain. You will connect Supply Planning, Commercial Planning, Buying, Logistics, and suppliers to improve product availability and reduce costs.

You collaborate with multiple departments to drive end‑to‑end planning projects, safeguard inventory strategies, and support Action’s growth across Europe.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
5–10 years in supply chain planning, inventory planning, or analytics in international retail or trading.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and reporting tools.
Experience with SAP, Symphony, Anaplan or comparable systems.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize planning system parameters in SAP, Symphony, and Anaplan.
Safeguard inventory strategies, replenishment, and safety stock.
Monitor KPIs: availability, service levels, forecasting accuracy, cost, and risk.
Lead continuous improvement across the Planning function and collaborations.
