Job summary

Packit is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to optimize stock levels and ensure on-time deliveries across Europe and Asia. You will coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, and internal teams to maintain optimal inventory and smooth shipment flows.

The role requires HBO-level thinking, at least 3 years in supply chain, and strong Dutch/English communication. Experience with ERP and Slim4 is advantageous in this dynamic, family-owned company.

Qualifications

• HBO-level thinking and working.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain roles.
• Knowledge of sea freight and import administration.
• Familiar with customs clearance.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Proficiency with ERP and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Timely ordering of stock from European and Asian suppliers.
• Monitor the progress of orders; identify bottlenecks and inform sales.
• Maintain contact with forwarders to ensure timely departures.
• Handle ERP and inventory system operations.
