Job summary

Louis Vuitton is looking for a Stock Support to ensure efficient back-of-house operations and flawless stock management, enabling front-of-house staff to focus on client interactions and the Louis Vuitton Promise.

You will maintain inventory, assist with deliveries, replenish stock, and uphold brand standards in grooming and behavior, while collaborating with the store team to achieve store objectives.

Qualifications

• Organized with keen attention to detail.

• Taking responsibility and ownership for inventory and stock processes.
• Proficient in stock management software and Excel.
• Able to work independently and build strong team relations.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain stock inventory in perfect condition and organize stock rooms efficiently (product and packaging).
• Support daily delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately.
• Ensure right products are available on the sales floor to maximize client experience and store efficiency.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Integrate with the store team and participate in morning briefings to meet store objectives.
• Develop strong knowledge of the Brand and products.

In the role of a Stock Support you will collaborate to ensure efficiency in the back of house in line with the standards of the Brand. A smooth operation in stock, enables the store team to spend time with our Clients and to deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise.

Job responsibilities

• Help to maintain the stock inventory in a perfect condition ensuring an efficient and logical organization of all stock rooms (product and packaging)
• Support the daily delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately
• Ensure the right products are available on the sales floor to improve store efficiency and maximize Client experience
• Follow the company’s policies and procedures
• Be fully integrated to the store team (participate in the morning briefing) and contribute to achieving the overall objectives of the store
• Develop the highest Brand and product knowledge
• Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior
