Job summary

Louis Vuitton is seeking a Stock Support to optimise back-of-house stock, ensuring accurate inventory control and smooth store operations. You will collaborate with the store team to maximize client experience and maintain Louis Vuitton standards.

The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while building strong team relations. Fluency in English is required, Dutch is a plus, and immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain stock inventory in perfect condition with organized stock rooms.
• Support daily delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately.
• Ensure the right products are available on the sales floor to improve store efficiency and client experience.
• Follow the brand policies and procedures.
• Be integrated with the store team and participate in morning briefings to help meet store objectives.
• Develop Brand and product knowledge to uphold Louis Vuitton standards.
• Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in grooming and behavior.

In the role of a Stock Support you will collaborate to ensure efficiency in the back of house in line with the standards of the Brand. A smooth operation in stock, enables the store team to spend time with our Clients and to deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise.

Missions

• Help to maintain the stock inventory in a perfect condition ensuring an efficient and logical organization of all stock rooms (product and packaging)
• Support the daily delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately
• Ensure the right products are available on the sales floor to improve store efficiency and maximize Client experience
• Follow the company's policies and procedures
• Be fully integrated to the store team (participate in the morning briefing) and contribute to achieving the overall objectives of the store
• Develop the highest Brand and product knowledge
• Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior
