DHL Weert zoekt een Stock Control Officer om voorraad en systeemregistraties nauwkeurig te bewaken. U signaleert afwijkingen, verwerkt verzoeken en ondersteunt verbeteringen in voorraadbeheer door data te verzamelen, te analyseren en te rapporteren zodat de voorraad altijd actueel en accuraat is. De functie kent twee ploegen, doordeweeks.

Na enkele weken kunnen ook weekenden vereist of mogelijk zijn. Een stabiele, fulltime positie met doorgroeimogelijkheden en training in certificeringen wordt

Competenze

• Goede beheersing van Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk.
• Vroege ervaring en computerkennis.
• Ervaring met magazijnbeheersystemen.
• Ervaring met EPT en reach truck – certificering mogelijk via werkgever.

Mansioni

• Controleren en rapporteren van inventarisresultaten, uitdagingen bij tekort of overschot oplossen.
• Voorraadniveaus monitoren en systeemdata bijwerken.
• Informatie verzamelen en rapportages opstellen.
• Fouten in magazijngegevens detecteren en corrigeren.
• Helpen bij het verbeteren van voorraadbeheer.

As a Stock Control Officer, you play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations. Your work helps clients receive exactly what they need, precisely when they need it. Good work!

Over de functie

As a Stock Control Officer you are responsible for monitoring both the physical stock and system records, identifying discrepancies, and providing clear visibility of the warehouse for the team and clients. You handle stock differences, process requests, and support improvements in inventory management by collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to ensure accurate and up-to-date stock information.

• Checking and reporting inventory results, resolving shortages or surpluses
• Monitoring stock levels and updating system data
• Collecting information and preparing reports
• Detecting and correcting errors in warehouse data
• Assisting in improving inventory management

Working hours

Work takes place Monday to Friday in two shifts:

• 06:00 – 15:00
• 15:00 – 00:00

After a few weeks, weekend work is also possible.

• Monthly gross salary: €2,721 - €2,888
• IKB allowance of € 0.39 for hours worked between 6:00 and 18:00
• 8% holiday allowance
• 130% shift bonus from Monday to Friday, 18:00–00:00
• 150% rate on Saturdays and 200% on Sundays and public holidays
