DHL Weert zoekt een Expedition worker die zorgt voor correcte verwerking van inkomende en uitgaande zendingen. Documenten worden geverifieerd, pallets gesorteerd en geladen volgens carrier, bestemming en urgentie. Je werkt in een dynamische, professionele logistieke omgeving.

De functie vereist Engels, ervaring met EPT en heftruck en basis logistieke kennis. Werktijden: maandag tot en met vrijdag in twee ploegen: 06:00-15:00 en 15:00-00:00. Doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn aanwezig.

Qualifications

• Engels vereist voor communicatie met team en leveranciers.
• Basis logistieke ervaring en begrip van zendingen.
• Bereid om certificeringen voor EPT en heftruck te behalen.

Responsibilities

• Verifiëren van verzenddocumenten en pallets sorteren.
• Lossen van inkomende vrachtwagens en pallets in de juiste banen plaatsen.
• Voorbereiden en laden van uitgaande zendingen volgens bestemming en urgentie.
• Toezicht houden op kwaliteit en hoeveelheid van zendingen en vertragingen rapporteren.

Over de functie

As an Expedition worker you are responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments. This includes verifying shipping documentation, checking shipment quality and quantity, and ensuring pallets are sorted and loaded correctly.

Your main responsiiblities are:

• Validating shipping documentation, including forwarding instructions, transport labels, and packing lists
• Unloading incoming trucks and sort pallets into the correct lanes
• Preparing and load outbound shipments according to carrier, destination, and urgency
• Monitoring shipment quality and quantity, manage intercompany flows, and report delays or discrepancies to the team leader

Working hour:

The work takes place from Monday to Friday in two shifts:

• 06:00 - 15:00
• 15:00 - 00:00
