DHL Weert is op zoek naar een gedreven Packer om kwaliteitscontrole te waarborgen en bestellingen nauwkeurig te inspecteren, verpakken en verzendklaar te maken. Je werkt in een snel logistiek team en draagt bij aan klanttevredenheid via aandacht voor detail en professionele uitvoering.

Werkdagen zijn maandag tot vrijdag in twee shifts, met aantrekkelijke toeslagen en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen een stabiele fulltime positie. Teamspirit en een vriendelijke werkomgeving staan centraal.

Competenze

• Basiservaring in logistiek
• Goede beheersing van Engels, zowel gesproken als geschreven
• Computervaardigheden
• EPT-besturing/operatie (certificatie mogelijk)

Mansioni

• Inspecteren op kwaliteit, nauwkeurigheid en schade voor verpakking
• Producten veilig verpakken en correct labelen
• Schades, ontbrekende of foutieve items melden in het systeem
• Verpakte goederen verplaatsen naar staging/dock met EPT of stapelaar

Over de functie

As a Packer you are playing a key role in delivering quality and customer satisfaction by ensuring every order is accurately inspected, packed, and prepared for shipment. Join a fast-paced logistics team where your attention to detail and commitment to excellence help keep operations running smoothly and customers happy. Your key responsibilities include:

• Inspecting items for quality, accuracy, and damage before packing
• Packing products safely and apply correct labels
• Reporting damaged, missing, or incorrect items in the system
• Moving packed goods to the staging or dock area using EPT or stacker

Working hours

The work takes place from Monday to Friday in two shifts:

• 06:00 – 15:00
• 15:00 – 00:00

• Basic experience in logistics
• Good command of English, both spoken and written

• Previous experience operating an electric pallet truck and/ or stacker - we can help you get certified

• Gross monthly salary: € 2.2721 - € 2.888
• IKB allowance of € 0.39 for hours worked between 6:00 and 18:00
• 8% holiday allowance
• 130% pay for work Monday to Friday between 18:00–00:00
• 150% pay on Saturdays and 200% on Sundays and public holidays
