Job summary

DHL is ’s werelds toonaangevende logistieke dienstverlener met een distributiecentrum in Weert. Als Receiver ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ontvangst en verwerking van zendingen in het WMS-systeem, controleer je pallets op hoeveelheid, schade en labels en registreer je goederen nauwkeurig.

Je werkt maandag tot vrijdag in twee diensten (06:00–15:00 en 15:00–00:00). Vereisten zijn logistieke basiskennis, goede Engelsvaardigheid en computervaardigheden.

Qualifications

• Basiskennis en ervaring in logistiek is vereist.
• Goede beheersing van Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk).
• Computervaardigheden zijn noodzakelijk om systemen te hanteren.

Responsibilities

• Controleren van inkomende pallets op aantallen, schade, verpakking en labels.
• Controleren van zendingdetails in het computersysteem op juistheid.
• Boekingen van ontvangsten in het systeem en aanmaken / corrigeren van LPNs en labels.
• Signaleren en rapporteren van problemen of afwijkingen.

Over de functie

As a Receiver you are responsible for receiving and processing incoming shipments in the WMS system, ensuring that goods are correctly checked, labelled, and recorded. The role ensures accurate inventory and timely resolution of any discrepancies or issues.

• Checking incoming pallets for quantity, damage, packaging, and labels
• Checking shipment details in computer system to make sure they are correct
• Booking receipts in computer system and create/correct LPNs and labels
• Finding and reporting any problems

Working hours:

Work takes place Monday to Friday in two shifts:

• 06:00 – 15:00
• 15:00 – 00:00
