Job summary

The Viaan, a practical school in North-Holland-North, seeks an internship supervisor to support students in finding placements and to act as the main contact during internships. You prepare students for internships and maintain relations with companies, mentors, and parents.

You will handle reporting in the student tracking system and coordinate tasks while contributing to education development. HBO degree in pedagogy/education or extensive relevant experience preferred.

• you have completed a (HBO) degree in the field of pedagogy/social work/education and/or have gained extensive work experience that is relevant to this position.

Employment conditions

This is a position as an internship supervisor (A) (maximum €5,025 for a full-time employment contract) starting December 1st, 2026, with a workload of 0.6-0.7 FTE.

This is a temporary position until the end of the school year, with the prospect of a permanent employment contract upon proven suitability and sufficient room for development.

In addition, we offer:

• salaries and terms of employment in accordance with the CAO VO collective agreement, including holiday pay and a year-end bonus of 8.33%, an attractive commuting allowance (kilometres exceeding 25 km one way are now also reimbursed after the first year) and car exchange schemes;
• Personal budget of 90 hours for full-time employment;
