As an HR adviser, you are part of the specialist HR team. You work independently, while also collaborating closely with the two other HR advisers, the Learning and Development adviser, the HR team leader and four colleagues in personnel administration. We work together on three key strategic HR themes: the learning organisation, leadership and sustainable employability. As an HR adviser, you play a key role in shaping this policy, working on areas such as vitality, professional growth and career opportunities for employees. You contribute to a culture in which shared leadership, ownership and result-oriented working go hand in hand. As an HR adviser, you are the strategic sparring partner for our managers across all sub-areas of the HR profession. No two days are the same: you switch smoothly between operational support and tactical or strategic personnel and organisational issues. Through your efforts, you contribute to optimising the quality and quantity of the staffing complement. In doing so, you manage to strike a balance between people-oriented involvement and organisational interests. You participate in various internal and external consultations, analyse relevant trends and (legal) developments in the field in order to draw up proposals for policy and procedures. Examples include absence management, sustainable employability, terms of employment and legal status, recruitment and selection, performance management, and training and development issues. We will discuss which projects align with your experience, talents and interests. With your commitment, you will elevate human resources policy to the next level and contribute to our mission of creating a safe, learning environment for both pupils and staff. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that our workforce remains healthy, motivated and agile.
You have a completed bachelor's or master's degree in HRM and at least four years of experience in a similar role. You quickly master new tasks and respond flexibly and proactively to the changing needs of the organisation. In addition, you recognise yourself in the following traits: you are strong strategically and analytically, and are able to advise with both a people-oriented and an organisation-oriented focus. You feel at home in a learning organisation where team learning and personal development are central. You are organisationally sensitive, understand what is happening within the organisation, and know how to respond to this in a flexible and thoughtful way.
