Deel is seeking a Staff Product Operations Manager for Benefits & Time Off to work at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations to ship integrations and coordinate go‑to‑market launches across global teams.

You'll collaborate with engineering, product, and sales to unblock dependencies, define requirements, and ensure successful rollouts of complex benefits features. This role requires a strong product mindset and cross‑functional leadership across regions.

Competenze

• Domain expertise in benefits or related HR domain.
• Comfort with technical concepts and APIs, data structures.
• Strong product mindset and ability to evaluate product decisions.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams to unblock dependencies.
• Bias for action and ownership with proactive problem solving.

Mansioni

• Lead integration work with third‑party benefit and retirement providers, managing requirements and data flows.
• Coordinate operational rollouts with product, engineering, client success, and operations teams.
• Scope and validate customer requirements across countries to inform product prioritization.
• Build go‑to‑market narratives with marketing and sales for new integrations and features.
• Identify and unblock friction in launching benefits features, including compliance to go‑live.
