Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Technical Product Owner to join the Experience & Engineering team in the Netherlands. Based in Amsterdam/Rotterdam, this hybrid role connects client needs with delivery teams to translate business goals into actionable development steps and measurable improvements.

You’ll gather requirements, define processes, write agile stories and support backlog prioritization, ensuring value delivery and client satisfaction across projects for brands like Gant, Inter Milan, bol.com and

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a digital/agency environment.
Excellent communication and business writing skills.
Strong understanding of project management and Agile methodologies.
Ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders from executives to engineers.
Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
IREB® Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering Foundation Level is a plus.

Responsibilities

Contribute to defining project scope, objectives and technical feasibility with stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects.
Define and document client business functions and processes, spotting improvement opportunities.
Identify common technical issues and recommend product solutions to teams.
Monitor and improve value delivery through better monitoring and issue discovery.
