Job summary

Super is seeking a Staff Platform Engineer to drive reliability and scalability across our Europe-wide platform. You will lead incident response, set technical direction, and elevate the team’s capabilities while partnering with product and engineering to ship safely in production.

Bring hands-on expertise in Go, AWS, and Kubernetes, plus a passion for observability and automation. You will shape the reliability roadmap and mentor senior engineers in a fast-growing entertainment tech environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in SRE, software, and platform engineering in production.
• Proven track record leading incidents and implementing systemic improvements.
• Hands-on with observability stacks and distributed tracing tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability and operational excellence across platforms and deployments.
• Own incident response end-to-end, postmortems, and systemic improvements.
• Automate repetitive tasks and drive data-driven reliability decisions.
