Tiqets is hiring a Senior Platform Engineer to scale our infrastructure for global cultural content. You’ll own availability, reliability, performance, and security while enabling developers with self-serve tooling.

Join a hybrid role based in Amsterdam HQ, contributing to observability, incident response and platform standardisation. You’ll collaborate with multiple engineering teams to deliver robust platforms.

Competenze

5+ years building and operating production systems at scale.
Strong AWS cloud experience with networking (VPCs, routing, load balancing, DNS).
Kubernetes clusters design, operation and scaling in production.
Infrastructure as Code, Terraform, with reusable modules.
Helm packaging and configuration management.
GitOps workflows with Argo CD and GitLab CI.
Observability systems with metrics, logging, tracing (Datadog, Sentry a plus).
Incident management with PagerDuty.
Experience building shared infrastructure used by engineering teams.
Living in the Netherlands.
