Job summary

Super is building The Playstack across Europe and Latin America, shaping the future of sports, gaming, and fan experiences. We are hiring a Staff Software Engineer / Staff Platform Engineer to lead reliability, observability, and technical direction in a fast-growing, global environment.

You will mentor senior engineers, drive architectural decisions, and champion blameless postmortems. You will work with Go, AWS, Kubernetes, and observability tools to keep systems scalable and resilient,

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in SRE, software and platform engineering in large-scale production systems.
• Proven incident leadership with postmortems and systemic improvements.
• Hands-on with observability stacks: Prometheus, Loki, Grafana and OpenTelemetry.

Responsibilities

• Make deployments, upgrades, and migrations routine, safe and reversible.
• Lead end-to-end incident response and drive postmortems.
• Automate repeated manual work and reduce toil across teams.
