Job summary

Eye Security is hiring a Staff AI Security Engineer to champion AI security and build production-ready capabilities. You will prototype agentic SOC work, assess AI risks, and translate findings into practical mitigations while collaborating with a team of AI experts.

The role emphasizes hands-on security engineering, independent research, and close work with the Research & Innovation group to stay ahead of evolving AI threats.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on cybersecurity experience across SOC, IR, threat detection, vulnerability research or security engineering.
• Staff-level technical judgment: identify valuable research questions and prototype independently.
• Demonstrable hands-on interest in AI, with experiments on LLMs, agents, or RAG.
• Working proficiency in English; Dutch or German a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Expand Agentic SOC capabilities by prototyping agents and measuring impact on analyst performance.
• Develop Agentic Workflows at scale to identify vulnerabilities and prioritize actions.
• Translate prototypes into customer-facing tools and shippable solutions.
• Help secure Eye’s AI systems by assessing risks and applying practical controls.
