Job summary

Eye Security seeks a Principal Cybersecurity Specialist to lead research and innovation in cybersecurity, combining deep technical expertise with AI-enabled approaches. Responsibilities

• Perform research in strategic areas aligned with Eye Security and customer needs.
• Drive adoption of new ideas, tooling, and research outcomes across the organization.
• Represent Eye Security externally through talks, blog posts, media interactions, and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with Security Operations, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Take research from question to working prototype to handover.
• Perform offensive security research, vulnerability research, and investigations into emerging threats.
• Contribute to development of tooling, automations, and research-driven capabilities.
• Explore and evaluate emerging technologies like AI to improve cybersecurity outcomes.
