Qualifications

• Extensive hands‑on software leadership at Staff Engineer level or equivalent.
• Proven ability to design, build, and deploy production‑grade LLM apps and AI agents.
• Strong skills to influence architecture and engineering standards across teams.
• Experience building AI evaluation frameworks with automated tests and monitoring.
• Deep understanding of AI agent architecture, tool design, and orchestration.
• Backend focus with Python and Django, plus PostgreSQL and Redis expertise.
• Ability to balance deterministic code and LLM capabilities with security and cost.
• Excellent collaboration across Product, Design, QA, and Eng teams.

Responsibilities
