Job summary

Gaide is hiring an experienced AI/Software engineer to lead production LLM projects for client deployments. You own the full architecture, guide tool use and integrations, and ensure compliance with security and AI Act standards.

You will coach engineers, set CI/CD practices, and translate technical choices into costs and risks. Office-based with customer visits, you will speak Dutch and English fluently.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience as software, data, ML, or AI engineer.
• Led projects or a small team with technical leadership.
• Delivered multiple LLM applications into production.
• Wrote production Python and set up CI/CD pipelines.
• In-depth experience with Azure and enterprise authentication.
• Ability to justify architecture to CTOs and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture choice among agents, workflow, or regular code.
• Define context, retrieval, tool use, fallback logic, and integrations.
• Lead engineering standards, code reviews, monitoring, and docs.
• Present costs, risks, and next steps to executives and sales.
• Document lessons and build reusable blocks for future projects.
