All Your BI, a remote-first data agency based in Rotterdam, is seeking an AI Engineer to build and ship AI behind client solutions, turning demos into production-grade systems. You will own production end-to-end, implement evals, observability, and guardrails, and ensure AI remains affordable with proper cost controls.

Qualifications

• Built and shipped LLM/GenAI systems in production.
• Strong Python and knowledge of the modern AI stack.
• Experience with RAG, agents, tool-calling.
• Ability to explain AI value to non-technical clients in English.
• Nice to have: data/BI background; cloud deployment with AWS/Azure/GCP; Docker; CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship the AI behind our products and client solutions: LLM applications, RAG over real-world data, agents and tool-calling.
• Own production end to end: fix breaks, implement evals, observability and tracing, guardrails against hallucination and prompt injection.
• Keep AI affordable: track cost and latency per task, use caching, routing, and the right model for the job.
• Work within architectural guidelines set by Lead AI Engineer, flag issues early.
• Translate AI capability into real client value and push back on AI for AI's sake.
