You will own AI platform improvements, establish evaluation standards, and drive scalable infrastructure, collaborating closely with product, design, QA, and operations.

You will mentor engineers, influence architectural decisions, and balance performance, latency, and cost while delivering measurable value to real users.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex AI initiatives as staff-level or senior IC.
• Proven track record building production-grade LLM apps used by customers.
• Ability to influence architecture across teams and drive standards.
• Experience with AI evaluation frameworks and monitoring.
• Strong backend/platform engineering skills in Python and Django.
