Job summary

Framo is seeking a proactive Spare Parts Coordinator to manage the complete spare parts order process, from quotation to dispatch. You will liaise with customers and internal teams across Sales, Logistics and Warehouse, ensuring accurate order handling and high levels of service.

You will coordinate quotations, sales orders, and invoicing activities while maintaining reporting for the Team Leader Spare Parts.

Qualifications

• MBO+ working and thinking level with experience in Inside Sales or a similar commercial support environment.
• Comfortable working in a technical environment.
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken (Dutch is an advantage)
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with a high level of accuracy
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic team player
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a dynamic, international environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP/administrative systems

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate the spare parts order process from quotation to dispatch
• Prepare, process, and follow up on customer quotations and sales orders
• Monitor order progress and keep customers informed about order and shipment status
• Coordinate invoicing activities of the sales orders
• Act as the link between customers, Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and other internal departments
• Ensure all customer requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of service
• Provide accurate reporting and administrative support to the Team leader Spare Parts
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and customer service
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with FRAMO standards and company procedures
