Job summary

Framo in the Netherlands is seeking a proactive Spare Parts Coordinator to manage the complete spare parts order process, from quotation to dispatch, while delivering exceptional customer service in an international environment. You will coordinate quotations, sales orders and after‑sales support with accuracy and ownership.

You act as the link between customers, Sales, Logistics, Warehouse and other internal departments; you monitor order progress, provide accurate reporting, handle invoicing,

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales or similar commercial support environment.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with high accuracy.
• Good command of English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize spare parts orders from quotation to dispatch.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales orders.
• Monitor order progress and update customers on status.
• Coordinate invoicing activities for sales orders.
• Link customers with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and other departments.
• Ensure accurate and efficient handling of customer requests.
• Provide reporting and administrative support to the Team Leader.
• Contribute to process improvements and service quality.
• Adhere to FRAMO standards and procedures.
