Job summary

Trengo is seeking an Interim Customer Success Manager (Spanish-speaking) in Utrecht for 24-32 hours per week, a 7‑month maternity cover starting December 1, 2026. You’ll manage retention and expansion for a portfolio and become the main product expert customers rely on.

Requires at least 2 years in customer success or SaaS, fluency in Spanish and English, and a data‑driven mindset to drive AI adoption. We offer hybrid work, onboarding, a learning budget, vacation days, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer success, account management, or a customer-facing SaaS role.
• Results-driven with ownership of targets.
• Curiosity for AI and ability to discuss AI tools with customers.
• Data-driven: read health scores, usage, engagement signals, and act on them.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of customers and deliver on retention, adoption, and expansion targets.
• Drive AI adoption at scale with AI Agent, AI Journeys, and automation.
• Spot and close expansion opportunities (extra seats, new use-cases, plan upgrades).
• Turn usage data into sharp business reviews and next steps for growth.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Solution Consultancy, and Product to ensure customer success.
