• No bakery experience required, but you must take baking seriously as a trade, be patient with repetition, and learn quickly.
• There is more prep and cleaning than shaping and baking, and you’ll learn that part properly too.

Responsibilities

• Learn sourdough step by step: mixing, fermentation, shaping and baking
• Work shifts with the bakery crew, taking on more as you go
• Keep the bakery clean and organised
