Job summary

Triodos Bank is seeking an experienced Sourcing Execution & Contract Manager to strengthen our Procurement team in Driebergen‑Zeist, Netherlands. You will lead end-to-end sourcing execution, draft and validate contracts, and manage high‑value agreements across the supplier lifecycle.

Reporting to the Group Director Corporate Procurement, you will collaborate with Category Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure compliant, value-driven sourcing.

Qualifications

• Solid background in sourcing execution and contract management in financial services.

Responsibilities

• In this role you will manage end-to-end sourcing execution and prepare sourcing documentation.
• You will draft, review and validate contracts, ensuring meticulous documentation and alignment with Group Legal.
• You will manage high-value and complex contracts and monitor performance.
• You will validate supplier onboarding criteria and support Know Your Supplier activities.
• You will analyse supplier and buying channel performance and share insights with Category Managers.
• You will coordinate supplier phase-out and contract terminations, ensuring risk is managed.
• You will support Category Managers and help implement category strategies in day-to-day sourcing.
