Procurement Specialist — Dutch/EU Logistics & Supplier Lead

Job summary

J&T Express is seeking a Procurement Specialist to lead supplier management and end-to-end sourcing for our European logistics operations in Amsterdam. You will source, qualify, onboard suppliers and manage performance, contracts and negotiations.

You will work with Operations, Finance and Legal to ensure compliance with Dutch law, GDPR and anti-bribery policies, and regularly review framework agreements while coordinating cross-border activities with our China headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in SCM, Logistics, Procurement or related field.
• 3+ years procurement experience in the Netherlands or Europe, preferably in logistics or transportation.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Dutch is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiating skills; able to review contracts in English.
• Willing to travel within NL, Belgium and Luxembourg for short business trips.

Responsibilities

• Supplier sourcing, qualification, onboarding and relationship management.
• Manage full procurement cycle: RFQ, quotes, negotiations, contracts, PO and delivery follow-up.
• Cost management across logistics, maintenance and other categories; perform TCO analysis and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with Dutch law, GDPR and anti-bribery policies; manage risk in procurement projects.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal and China HQ; report status and risks to support business needs.
