Job summary

Technogym in the Netherlands is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely procurement of materials and products in line with quality and cost standards.

You will scout and evaluate new suppliers, develop sourcing strategies, monitor delivery performance, and support administrative procurement processes, acting as the primary contact for internal teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and knowledge of procurement processes, strategies and sourcing techniques.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term supplier relationships.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scout and evaluate new suppliers for innovative technical solutions to ensure present and future material availability.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies, improvement initiatives, and performance metrics to monitor supplier performance and drive cost reduction.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier delivery performance to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and service levels.
• Lead sourcing projects aimed at achieving productivity and savings targets.
• Support the administrative procurement processes, including the creation, processing and maintenance of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
• Act as the first point of contact for procurement-related queries from internal departments and suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Optimize the supplier base and leverage procurement spend to create a competitive advantage.
