In order to support this plan, we are recruiting a Solutions Engineer to support Ateme Customers within BENELUX region:

Main activities

Technologies

As a Solutions engineer you can choose within Ateme to either specialize in a couple of technologies or know enough about everything. It ranges to the following

• Market knowledge of the latest technologies such as (and not limited to): Low Latency streaming in OTT with CMAF, The latest codec evolution such as AV1 or VVC, Dynamic ad-insertion, etc.
• DVB knowledge or experiences for different distribution methods (cable, satellite, terrestrial).
• OTT Streaming experiences (DASH/HLS, fMP4, Chunking/Segmentation, DRM,..).
• Cloud (GCP, AWS) and Kubernetes knowledge (Control Plane, PODs,Terraform,…).
• Experience with theusage ofREST APIs
  
• Coordinates closely with sales and marketing to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
• Drives the end-to-end sales-cycle from qualification to execution including deal closure.
• Prepares and sets up proof-of-concept as well as demos in customer environment.
• Creates and deliver high-level presentations, demonstrations, and discussions in a credible and compelling manner, and be able to position as a trusted advisor.
• RFP management; proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
• Representation of Ateme at key industry forums, trade shows and other events as the local expert in Ateme technology.
  

Technical training

• Prepare and provide systems technical training to key customers.
• Educate on new technologies and market trends to existing and newcustomers.
  

Administration and documentation

• Leverage internal tools for feature request tracking and management as well asPOC handling including scopedefinition, staging, execution and debrief.
• Create and maintain technical notes for the knowledge base of our products.
• Contribute to the continual improvement of presales tools and process.
  
• Degree in computer Sciences or related technical fields.
• At least three years’ experience in pre-sales position.
• Hands-on mentality andexperience with cloud computing.
• Design knowledge of DVB systems with statistical multiplexing.
• Knowledge of IP Networking, and video streaming technologies.
• Ability to use scripting languagescan bea plus.
• Able to travel within UK and France for short periods.
• Able to work within a multi-cultural team.
