Job summary

European Tech Recruit seeks a Senior Solution Engineer who speaks Dutch to support warehouse automation and intralogistics projects across Europe. This customer-facing pre-sales and solution design role works with Sales, Project Delivery, Engineering, and R&D to understand customer requirements, assess processes, design automation solutions, and prepare technical proposals.

The role involves creating warehouse layouts using AutoCAD, leading pre-sales activities, and supporting tender/bid

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, preferably Automation/Industrial/Logistics.
7+ years in warehouse automation, intralogistics, AGV/AMR or logistics automation.
Strong pre-sales, solution design or technical consultancy experience.
Ability to analyze customer needs and design competitive automation solutions.
Hands-on AutoCAD layout creation is required.

Responsibilities

Lead pre-sales activities for warehouse automation projects across Europe.
Conduct customer requirement analysis, site surveys, data analysis and business process assessments.
Develop technical automation solutions based on customer needs and project requirements.
Independently create and modify warehouse layouts using AutoCAD.
Prepare and present proposals, concepts, layout plans and comparisons to customers and internal stakeholders.
Support tenders, bids, and technical clarification materials.
