Job summary

Rabobank is seeking a Solution Architect for CDD Detection to shape the architecture behind machine learning solutions that monitor customer events across three specialised teams. You will translate business needs into robust analytics platforms and collaborate with data scientists, engineers, platform teams, product management, and customers to build enterprise-grade data and AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, solution architecture, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of analytics platforms and machine learning environments.
• Solid understanding of Azure cloud architecture and the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Hands-on expertise with Databricks on Azure and Azure Machine Learning Services.
• Proficiency in Apache Spark and Apache Airflow.
• Knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD practices within cloud-based machine learning environments.
• The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for a variety of stakeholders.
• A natural collaborator who enjoys bringing people together and fostering teamwork.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
• A coaching mindset, with a talent for encouraging and supporting others in their growth.

Solution Architect CDD Detection

Shape the architecture behind machine learning solutions that support customer event detection across 3 specialised teams and help drive a rapidly growing domain within Rabobank.

You and your job

Drive scalable and secure analytics and machine learning architecture as a Solution Architect by translating complex business needs into robust technical designs. In this role, you work closely with data scientists, engineers, platform teams, product management, and customers to build and guide enterprise-grade analytics platforms. As Solution Architect you contribute directly to reliable, compliant, and future‑proof data and AI solutions across Rabobank.
