Overview

As a Software Test Engineer, you will play a key role in the software development process, ensuring that products meet defined quality standards before release. This involves systematic monitoring, testing, and evaluation of projects and processes to ensure reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Design: Create detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases. Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and improve product quality.
• Quality Assurance & Control: Ensure products meet quality standards and are free from defects. Implement and maintain quality control processes.
• Quality Standards: Define and maintain quality benchmarks in line with organizational and customer requirements.
• Quality Systems Management: Set up and manage QA systems and procedures to support continuous improvement in product and service quality.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze test data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement. Provide clear reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with software developers and other team members to ensure quality objectives are integrated throughout the development lifecycle.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance testing tools, methodologies, and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
