NTS Eindhoven is seeking a Software Lead Engineer to set the technical direction for our software projects, coordinating the work of engineering teams and turning complex requirements into robust architectures. The role is hands-on when needed, with a strong emphasis on quality, planning, and collaborative problem-solving in a fast-evolving high-tech environment.

You will lead with a pragmatic, architectural mindset, applying UML/OOP principles, and ensuring alignment with project objectives

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, CS, or related field.
8+ years in developing technical software with C#, .NET, or C++.
Experience setting technical direction and coordinating engineering teams.
UI development experience (WPF) and strong OOP/UML understanding.
Proficient in English; Dutch knowledge is a plus.
