Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years in technical embedded software with team leadership.
- Proven knowledge of Agile/Scrum and CI/CD practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to software team and foster collaboration.
- Prepare and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and document outcomes.
- Safeguard and evolve architecture, design, and implementation decisions.
- Set up and improve development environment, CI/CD pipelines, and tooling.
- Communicate with customers and the Development Center Manager.
- Monitor progress, quality, risks, and coherence; take corrective actions.
- Contribute to software development as a senior engineer when needed.
