Job summary

Schuberg Philis seeks a seasoned Tech Lead to join our Netherlands-based customer teams. You will drive technical leadership, shape the vision, and collaborate with executives, product owners, architects, and engineers to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable systems.

You’ll operate in close contact with customers, facilitate decisions, mentor engineers, and support our “tech for good” mindset. This role emphasizes influence over formal authority and hands-on engineering leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, building and running complex, business-critical systems.
• Ability to lead through influence and collaboration.
• Strong communication with executives, product owners, architects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical point of contact for the customer team.
• Shape and guard the technical vision for the customer team.
• Lead within the account triangle: coordinate with Account Team members.
• Promote reusable platforms, patterns and reference architectures.
• Ensure high standards across design, build and run phases.
• Be a trusted advisor, deepening understanding of the customer’s business domain.
• Support commercial success by participating in sales/pre-sales as the technical counterpart.
• Grow others and contribute to the Tech Lead community.
