Job summary

Salta Group, a Dutch education technology company, is seeking a (.NET) Developer to design and build scalable cloud-based solutions. You will work on Azure-based microservices, APIs, and modern architecture, collaborating with product owners and engineers to deliver high-quality software for our learning platforms.

With 3+ years of .NET experience, you will contribute to performance, security and maintainability, and you'll thrive in Agile teams across Hilversum, combining a hybrid work model

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a (.NET) Developer.
• Strong experience with C# and .NET development.
• Experience developing APIs, services, and cloud-native apps.
• Knowledge of Azure and modern software architecture principles.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Quality-driven mindset focused on maintainability, security, and performance.
• Strong communication and collaborative attitude.
• Fluency in English.
• Living in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

Lifelong learning is what we stand for and we want the same for you! You can take courses and training programs free of charge from Salta Group’s wide range of offerings, including NCOI, LOI, and Boertien Vergouwen Overduin. You will receive six study days per year for this purpose.

In addition, you can expect:

• A part-time or full-time position (32–40 hours per week);
• A gross monthly salary between €4000 and €5500 based on 40 hours;
• Hybrid working, including a home office budget;
• 25 vacation days (based on full-time), with the option to extend;
• A centrally located workplace in Hilversum with a company restaurant;
• Access to the services of our well-being partner OpenUp;
• A pension scheme with a generous employer contribution;
