Job summary

Salta Group in the Netherlands is seeking a QA Tester to ensure quality across our software solutions. You will design, develop, and execute test plans, and drive test automation with Playwright in an Agile environment.

You will collaborate with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders, contribute to QA process improvements, and support releases to meet quality standards. The role offers hybrid working, a home office budget, and a clear path for lifelong learning.

Qualifications

• HBO/WO level thinking and working ability.
• Experience as QA Tester or in a similar role.
• Familiar with testing methodologies and tools.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Clear English communication (Dutch is a plus).
• Nice to have: test automation with Playwright, APIs/SQL, Azure DevOps.

As a QA Tester, you are responsible for ensuring the quality of our software solutions. You work closely with engineers, product owners, and other stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases
• Automation of tests through Playwright

• Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs
• Collaborating with development teams to improve product quality
• Contributing to the improvement of QA processes and standards
• Ensuring that releases meet quality standards before deployment

• A part-time or full-time position (32-40 hours per week);
• A gross monthly salary between €3500 and €5000 based on 40 hours;
