Job summary

Salta Group in the Netherlands zoekt een Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Engineer die Dynamics 365 en Power Platform-ecosystemen moderniseert en uitbreidt. Je levert oplossingen met low-code plus traditionele software engineering en werkt aan governance, beveiliging en ALM.

Je ontwerpt en bouwt modellen en canvas apps, automatiseert processen via Power Automate en integreert met Azure-services. Je werkt nauw samen met POs, analisten en architecten en begeleidt collega’s.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and/or Power Platform.
• Strong experience configuring, customizing, and administering Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Development experience with .NET, C#, Dataverse, and custom integrations.
• Experience building both Model-Driven and Canvas Apps.
• Experience designing Power Automate workflows and enterprise automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of security models, governance, solution management, and platform best practices.
• Experience integrating business applications through APIs and Azure services.
• Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Application Insights.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and Application Lifecycle Management.
• Experience working in Agile product teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Living in the Netherlands.

Your impactAs a Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Engineer, you'll play a central role in modernizing and expanding the platforms that support our learners, customers, and employees.

You'll work across the entire Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem, combining low-code innovation with professional software engineering to create scalable, secure, and future-proof solutions.

This is more than a development role. You'll help define platform standards, influence technology decisions, improve business processes, and contribute directly to the digital transformation of one of the largest education organizations in the Netherlands.

In addition, you can expect:

• A part-time or full-time position (32–40 hours per week)
• A gross monthly salary between €4000 and €5500 based on 40 hours
• Hybrid working, including a home office budget
• 25 vacation days (based on full-time), with the option to extend
