Job summary

Prodrive Technologies in Eindhoven seeks a Group Leader for the High Complex Assembly department. You will lead through Team Leaders, align planning, engineering support and quality, and drive safe, reliable, and continuously improving operations on the production floor.

You will manage 30–120 operators via Team Leaders and 8–12 FTE in support functions, fostering accountability, coaching, and hands-on problem solving to achieve daily targets and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role, with experience leading Team Leaders or second-line leaders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead through other leaders and drive accountability.
• Hands-on production floor mindset with problem-solving drive.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent English communication.
• Ability to leverage Team Leaders and support functions effectively.
• Solid understanding of quality processes in high-complexity assembly.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Team Leaders, ensuring safety, quality, output and continuous improvement.
• Directly manage support roles in work preparation, service engineering, quality, ensuring alignment with production priorities.
• Monitor production progress and adjust via Team Leaders to meet targets.
• Report progress to the Operations Manager and manage day-to-day execution.
• Optimize allocation of personnel, machines and materials with shop floor planner.
• Conduct performance and development reviews for leaders and support roles.
• Drive structural quality improvements with the quality function and promote quality awareness.
• Lead 5S and continuous improvement on the production floor.
