Job summary

Alfen is seeking a Site/Works Manager ESS to serve as the on-site technical and operational lead for international large-scale energy storage projects. You will ensure safe, efficient delivery on site, cooperate with subcontractors, customers and internal teams, and drive daily progress according to plan.

The role requires a completed engineering or project management bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in energy storage or related fields, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in energy storage, technical installations or project execution.
• Experience in international project environments preferred.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
• Structured, results-driven and communicatively strong working style.

What will you be doing?

As a Site/Works Manager ESS, you are the technical and operational point of contact on international project sites. You ensure that our large-scale energy storage systems are delivered safely, efficiently and according to planning. You work closely with subcontractors, customers and internal project teams, and you are responsible for daily progress on site.
