Job summary

Drees & Sommer Netherlands seeks an experienced logistics professional to lead on-site warehouse management for a high‑complex industrial project in the semiconductor sector. The role spans setup to dispatch, coordinating material flows between site and suppliers, with strict safety and quality controls.

The contract base is flexible across Drees & Sommer offices (Germany, Belgium or NL), and project location requires 100% on-site presence in an EU neighboring country west of Germany.

Qualifications

• Vocational training or degree in logistics, construction management or industrial engineering.
• Proven experience managing material flows on construction sites or project logistics.
• Structured, solution‑oriented approach with strong coordination.
• Fluent English; other EU languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, organize, and operate construction site warehouses (receiving, storage, picking, dispatch).
• Ensure efficient material flows between warehouse, site, and subcontractors.
• Manage deliveries, inventory levels, and storage capacities per schedule.
• Coordinate logistics providers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Enforce processes, quality, and safety standards in warehouse operations.
