Job summary

Drees & Sommer Netherlands seeks a seasoned site logistics leader to drive heavy industrial logistics for semiconductor projects. You will organize on-site logistics, control budgets, and uphold safety and quality standards throughout all project phases.

English proficiency is essential, with German, Dutch or French being a plus. Willingness to travel across Europe and collaborate across multiple offices is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Logistics, Architecture or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in construction logistics, preferably on large high-tech or semiconductor projects.
• Goal-oriented, independent working style with strong advisory and structured approach.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of German/Dutch/French is a plus.
• Full flexibility and willingness to travel within Germany and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize site logistics operations for a large semiconductor construction project.
• Plan, control and coordinate all construction logistics and site setup activities.
• Overall responsibility for health & safety, costs, budgets and quality within site logistics.
• Develop and update site logistics concepts across all project phases.
• Tendering, awarding and management of logistics services and variations.
• Develop efficient, project-specific logistics solutions and advise management and clients.
