Job summary

Fonterra’s Heerenveen site is seeking an experienced Site Services and Operations Coordinator to lead and coordinate site services, workplace operations, and business support, ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-maintained workplace that enables performance.

Reporting to the Director Supply Chain & Operations, you will oversee workforce administration, payroll, governance, and stakeholder coordination, with a focus on delivery, confidentiality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in site administration, office management, business support, workplace operations, or a similar operational support role.
• Sound understanding of Dutch employment legislation and workplace regulations is desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a fast-paced administrative or operational support environment.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.
