Job summary
Fonterra Heerenveen seeks a proactive Maintenance Planner for our Technical Services team. You will prepare and plan preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring technicians have the right information, materials, and resources to work safely and on schedule.
You will collaborate with Production, Maintenance Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, and external contractors; create SAP PM work orders; coordinate shutdowns; monitor backlog; and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety and
Qualifications
- MBO+/HBO level education in a technical field.
- Experience as a Work Planner or Maintenance Planner.
- Knowledge of SAP PM and maintenance management.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, plan, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Create and manage work orders in SAP PM.
- Identify and arrange required materials, spare parts, tools, and documentation.
- Prepare maintenance shutdowns and overhauls.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with Production to minimize downtime.
- Monitor the maintenance backlog and progress of planned work.
- Analyze breakdowns and maintenance history for improvements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within Maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
