Job summary

Fonterra Co-operative Group in Heerenveen, the Netherlands, is seeking a proactive Maintenance Planner for our Technical Services team. You will prepare, plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring technicians have the information, materials and resources to work safely and on schedule.

You will collaborate with Production, Maintenance Engineers, Supervisors and external contractors, manage SAP PM work orders, monitor backlog and contribute to continuous improvement and

Qualifications

• Education at MBO+ or HBO level (vocational/higher vocational).
• Mechanical or electrical engineering or Technical Business Administration background.
• Experience as a Work Planner or Maintenance Planner in industry.
• Knowledge of maintenance management systems, especially SAP PM.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, plan, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Create and manage SAP PM work orders.
• Identify and arrange materials, spare parts, tools, and documentation.
• Prepare maintenance shutdowns and overhauls.
• Coordinate maintenance with Production to minimize downtime.
• Monitor backlog and progress of planned work.
• Analyze breakdowns and maintenance history for improvements.
• Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives within Maintenance.
