Responsibilities

• Lead the site and ensure stable daily operations in a 24/7 production environment.
• Manage and develop the site leadership team across Production, Maintenance, Technology/Operational Excellence, SHE, Quality, Planning & Logistics, and Finance.
• Drive improvements in safety performance, food safety standards, quality, and operational results.
• Strengthen processes, structure, and ways of working to improve performance and consistency.
• Lead change initiatives that build capability, ownership, and a continuous improvement culture on the shop floor.
• Support and guide technology upgrades and investment projects to prepare the site for future growth.
• Monitor KPIs, translate insights into actions, and ensure follow-up and sustainable results.

Job Description

For a production site in Noordwijk, we are looking for an experiencedInterim Production Site Manager (Food Manufacturing)to lead the factory through an important transformation phase. This role has full responsibility for day-to-day operations, performance improvement, and the further development of the site, with a strong focus on safety, food safety, quality, and operational excellence

Responsibilities

• Lead the site and ensure stable daily operations in a 24/7 production environment
• Manage and develop the site leadership team across Production, Maintenance, - Technology/Operational Excellence, SHE, Quality, Planning & Logistics, and Finance

Requirements

• Technical background, preferably in engineering or a comparable hands-on technical discipline
• Experience with investment projects and technology/automation-related upgrades
