Job summary

GXO Logistics invites applications for an Operations Manager at the Hazeldonk site near Breda. You will partner with the Site Manager to oversee daily distribution, light manufacturing, and Lean initiatives while building a strong safety and quality culture.

You will lead two Warehouse Managers and about 125 indirect staff, drive performance across cost, quality and responsiveness, and support start-up activities at a new operation. English communication is essential; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in a complex organisation with leadership experience.
• Experience applying Lean principles and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Site Manager to deliver operational strategies.
• Lead daily distribution and light manufacturing, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Coach and develop teams; foster positive employee relations.
• Drive customer metrics across cost, quality, and responsiveness.
• Plan staffing and workloads to support all shifts and accounts.
