You will lead daily execution, drive lean improvements, develop the team, manage budgets, KPIs, and maintain a strong customer relationship while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment.
• Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Hands-on, resilient, and results-driven with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to turn data into action.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operational execution and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
• Take full responsibility for the site's operational and financial performance, including budgets and productivity.
• Drive performance through KPIs, dashboards, and data insights; identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Champion LEAN, continuous improvement, and process standardisation.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team; manage performance and succession planning.
• Plan and allocate staff, workload, and resources in collaboration with support functions and the customer.
• Build and maintain a strong customer relationship and act as a key contact for the operation.
• Create a safe, inclusive working environment and maintain up-to-date procedures and compliance.
