Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Site Controller in Almere to partner with site leadership on financial decisions. You will oversee month-end and year-end closes, manage budgeting and forecasting, and strengthen internal controls. The role requires ERP experience, advanced Excel skills, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in finance and/or controlling.
Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
Fluency in English with strong stakeholder management.
Experience in 3PL or logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as finance business partner advising site leadership on financial matters.
Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures and oversee local accounting.
Lead budgeting and weekly/monthly forecasting with corrective actions.
Develop and maintain internal control systems for compliance and accuracy.
Create sales invoices and discuss with site managers and customers.
