Job summary

GXO Logistics, Schiphol, is seeking an experienced Site Controller to partner with site leadership and international stakeholders, guiding financial decisions and financial reporting.

You will own month-end and year-end closes, manage the full P&L, lead budgeting and forecasting, build strong internal controls, and issue invoices for services in collaboration with managers and customers. The role offers hybrid work, GXO University development, and a dynamic global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in finance and/or controlling.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in English with strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as a finance business partner advising site leadership on financial and controlling matters with cross-functional international teams.
• Lead month-end and year-end closes, manage the full P&L, and oversee local accounting functions.
• Lead budgeting and weekly/monthly forecasting, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
• Create sales invoices for services and discuss them with site managers and customers.
